An Eldercare Community
Elmhurst Extended Care has three floors — we call them neighborhoods — with each specializing in a particular type of care. On these three neighborhoods, you will find the elders and caregivers who make up the caring community that is Elmhurst Extended Care.
Willow Bend (for Short Term Rehabilitative Care) is a caring community designed for individuals who are recovering from surgery or suffering an illness and need rehabilitative care.
Maple Spring (for Long Term/Nursing Home Care) is a caring community designed for those in need of continuous, long-term care.
Cedar Winds (for Alzheimer's/Dementia/Memory Care) is a caring community designed for individuals who need continuous, long-term care but who also require special attention because they are experiencing mild or moderate symptoms of Alzheimer's disease.
We offer you a community where life is meaningful, where compassion, warmth and respect are abundant, and where care giving comes from the heart.
We offer you comfort, where you can be yourself, where life stories are treasured, and where nature is a constant companion.
We offer you a home, where every individual is valued, where you can engage in living each day, and where we feel privileged to share your life.
We offer you our commitment, that we will treat you as family, We hope to touch your life, and welcome you to touch ours.
Different levels of care are available in each of our 3 communities:
