Elmhurst Extended Care provides assisted living, nursing home and alzheimer's care services to residents in Providence, Rhode Island (RI).

Elmhurst Extended Care has three floors — we call them neighborhoods — with each specializing in a particular type of care. On these three neighborhoods, you will find the elders and caregivers who make up the caring community that is Elmhurst Extended Care.

  Willow Bend (for Short Term Rehabilitative Care) is a caring community designed for individuals who are recovering from surgery or suffering an illness and need rehabilitative care.
